Within two short years, Evernham Motorsports helped bring the storied manufacturer back into a sport they had once dominated. For the 2004 season, Kasey Kahne replaced Bill Elliott in Evernhams No.9 Dodge and recorded five second place finishes in quest of the Raybestos Rookie of the Year award.
