SHIPPING, RETURNS AND PRE-ORDERS:

SHIPPING:

Pit Road Motorsports reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier of our choice. We are constantly searching for the fastest, most economical carrier possible and will pass the savings on to you. You the customer do however have the option to choose the fastest shipping available at an additional cost.

In most cases we ship within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Preorders are out of our control and will ship as soon as they become available. 

RETURNS:

We do accept returns. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations you may return your item.

You must inform us by e-mail ( racing@pitroadmotorsports.com ) within 7 working days of receiving your item. You must include your name, address, telephone number, invoice number, date of the purchase and reason for the return.  

All items returned must be undamaged and able to be resold as new. No items will be accepted that have been worn, washed, installed or damaged in any way. All items must be received in its original package.

Shipping, Handling and insurance fees are not refundable. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY:

What is a pre-order? It’s simple. Pit Road Motorsports allows you to “pre-order” merchandise from our store before we receive it. This gives you the best chance of receiving that perfect diecast for your collection or being the first to wear that special piece of clothing from your favorite driver.

The key to pre-orders is patience. Shipping for our pre-orders can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months. But rest assured, when we receive our shipment, you get yours.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships!

Here’s the catch. Cancellation of a pre-order is subject to a cancellation fee of 15% that will be charged to your credit card. Why? We are only allocated a certain quantity of merchandise. If a customer is not allowed to place a pre-order because our allocation number has been filled, it would not be fair to allow customers to back out while others lose out. Please be certain you want that pre-order!
